1: Data Protection
CV Central is committed to ensuring the privacy of all our customers. All information we collect is processed in accordance with (as applicable):

2: Confidentiality Agreements
Every translator in the employ of CV Central has read and signed a Confidentiality Agreement confirming that he or she has:
a: Read and understood the provisions and requirements of the relevant Data Protection legislation and the relevant Distance Selling Regulations, and;
b: Is bound under the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement to adhere strictly to the terms of all relevant Data Protection legislation.
3: Collection of Information
The only information we collect about you is the information that you supply to us in connection with your CV, and any additional content you might relay to us either by e-mail or telephone.
4: Use of Personal Information
We will divulge neither your e-mail address nor any of your personal information to any person outside the employ of CV Central; all personal information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties; CV Central will however, cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities pursuing evidence via valid legal channels.
Personal information will be collected only for the purposes of:

◦Responding to any enquiries you have
◦Providing you with the most efficient possible service
5: Integrity of information
We do not collect sensitive information about you except where you voluntarily and knowingly provide it. If you wish to check the accuracy of the information we hold about you; if you wish to update or remove some (or all) of this information, or if you have any questions please send an e-mail with your enquiry or instructions to: privacy@cv-central.com
6: Cookies
All of the CV Central Websites are hosted on the Google Hosting Services platform at ghs.google.com. When you visit any CV Central website, Google may send one or more cookies to your browser. This is a small file containing a string of characters which uniquely identifies your browser. Google may use these cookies to track user trends and search habits. CV Central cannot be held responsible for any activity undertaken by Google in this respect.
We also use a third party web analytics facility called StatCounter; StatCounter helps us to chart the browsing habits of people visiting the CV Central websites, but cannot in any way identify individual people or computers who visit us.
